Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY:

DOMESTIC

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained.

Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day.

All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. Orders submitted before 12PM MDT with Overnight or Two-Day shipping methods selected will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12PM MDT or Saturday and Sunday will ship the next business day.

All orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS and will require a signature when delivered. The following shipping methods are in effect during this time:

• Ground: Will arrive in 3-5 business days
• Two-Day : Will arrive in 2 business days
• Overnight: Will arrive the following business day

A $15.00 shipping charge applies to all orders under $500. Free ground shipping offer valid only on orders over $500. Free ground shipping offered within the continental United States only. This offer excludes shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories.

ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. Element 79 Jewelry is not associated with these fees. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery.

RETURNS:

We understand the challenges of ordering jewelry online and know it is a very personal decision. Oftentimes it is much easier to make this decision when the jewelry is in your hands, in front of your eyes and tried on.

Online Return Policy:
If you decide that what you have ordered is not right for any reason, please feel free to send it back to us insured and pre-paid. The jewelry must arrive unworn, in pristine condition, in the original packaging, and with the receipt - within 10 days of receiving the order. If these requests are met, you will receive a full refund minus the original shipping charge. If not, a gift card / store credit will be issued.

Items purchased on the website CANNOT be returned in our stores.

Please include all of your contact information inside of the package along with the jewelry. We cannot process returns without customer information enclosed. Our website office does not always open the packages and we need to know who the return is from. We also like to know why you are returning it, so jot us a little note if you can!

We process returns the same day they are received and will send an email confirmation. Keep in mind that, depending on the billing cycle of your credit card, it may take 2-10 days for the refund to post to your account.

REPEATED RETURNS:
We offer a generous return policy to help with the challenge of online shopping. We also monitor the number of returns made by customers and, at the discretion of Element 79 Jewelry, will refuse returns, deny an order, or close an account if we notice an excessive volume of returns.

Store Return Policy:
Element 79 Jewelry accepts returns for exchanges or store credits only within 30 days of purchase.
Jewelry must be in unworn, pristine condition.

EXCHANGES:

Like returns, we will accept exchanges if you send the item back to us, pre-paid and insured, within 10 days of receiving it. The jewelry must arrive unworn, in pristine condition, in the original packaging and with the receipt. You can either email us at [email protected] to give us a heads up or just send it back with a note explaining what you would like us to send instead.

REPAIRS:

All of the jewelry in our collections has been hand-fabricated. As with any product, natural wear and tear or an accident might result in a piece of jewelry becoming damaged or broken. We urge you to send anything in this condition back to us for evaluation. Once we look at the piece, we will determine what course of action to take. This usually means it is sent back to the studio of the artist who originally made it so it can be repaired to their specifications. This process may take 2-8 weeks and, depending on the situation, may have an associated charge assigned by the artist.
