Shipping & Returns



Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained.

Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day.

All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. Orders submitted before 12PM MDT with Overnight or Two-Day shipping methods selected will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12PM MDT or Saturday and Sunday will ship the next business day.

All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). The following shipping methods are in effect during this time:

• Ground (No-Charge): Will arrive in 3-5 business days
• Two-Day : Will arrive in 2 business days
• Overnight: Will arrive the following business day

Free ground shipping offer valid on all orders. Free ground shipping offered within the continental United States only. This offer excludes shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories.



All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. Element 79 Jewelry is not associated with these fees. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery.



We understand the challenges of ordering jewelry online, especially with it being such a personal decision and connection. Sometimes you cannot make that decision in a brick and mortar boutique with the jewelry in-hand. This is where Element 79 Jewelry makes it easy for you to order online with confidence. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items for exchange, refund, or credit. The jewelry must arrive in pristine condition, in the original packaging, and with the receipt within 10 days of receiving your order.

If these conditions are met, you will receive a full refund minus the original shipping charge, if any.

All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 14 days from the date the return is received.

Custom and engraved items are not eligible for exchange, refund, or credit.

To return or exchange an item please contact us at [email protected] to make arrangements for returning your item. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label and shipping instructions along with a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
